Master a Multitude of Skills on Your Road to this High Demand Career

You will gain an understanding of the principles and accepted practices of the maintenance trade. You'll receive training in the use of testing equipment; precision measuring instruments; and electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic processes applicable to industrial machinery. Included are courses in electricity, fluid power, blueprint reading, safety, and applied mathematics.

Employment Opportunities

Career opportunities for graduates exist in factories, hospitals, hotels, corporations, etc. Maintenance personnel are sought by all industries. Median annual earnings of industrial machinery mechanics and maintenance workers were reported to be $34,549.

Length of Program

If taken fulltime, the diploma program should take you18-24 months to complete.
