Summer II 2016 Payment Deadlines

 Friday, June 24, 2016, 4:00 p.m.

All campuses--The last day for advanced registered students to pay tuition and fees for classes beginning in July.  

 Thursday, June 30, 2016, 4:00 p.m.

All campuses--The last day to pay for tuition and fees for classes beginning in July for those registering June 25-30.  Anyone registering AFTER June 30th must pay the day of registration. 

 

 Fall I 2016 Payment Deadlines

 Friday, August 5, 2016 4:00 p.m.

All campuses--The last day for advanced registered students to pay tuition and fees for classes beginning in August & September.

 Thursday, August 11, 2016 4:00 p.m.

All campuses--The last day to pay for tuition and fees for classes beginning in August & September for those registering August 6-11.  Anyone registering AFTER August 11th must pay the day of registration.

All campuses--The last day for advanced registered students to pay for tuition and fees for classes beginning in October-December.

Thursday, October 13, 2016 4:00 p.m.

All campuses--The last day to pay tuition and fees for classes beginning October-December for those registering October 8-13.  Anyone registering AFTER October 13 must pay the day of registration. 

 Tuition Policy

  • Tuition is charged when you register for classes and becomes you financial obligation to the college.
  • Students who do not meet the payment deadline are subject to removal from the class roster and must re-enroll.
  • It is your responsibility to officially drop any courses you do not plan to attend or charges may apply.
  • Students whose financial obligations to KCTCS, or any division or organization of KCTCS, have not been paid in full will not be permitted to register for future credit or non-credit offerings, receive transcripts, transfer credits to another institution, or graduate.
  • Hopkinsville Community College, as part of KCTCS, will pursue collection of all outstanding accounts pursuant to its business procedures.
  • Accounts that remain delinquent will be referred to the Kentucky Department of Revenue for collection and are subject to additional fees and costs.
