Edit TextHCC has reciprocity agreements with three Tennessee counties: Montgomery, Stewart and Robertson. Residents of those counties will be charged the resident tuition rate.All Distance Learning Courses are assessed at the resident tuition rate of $147.00 per credit hour.
Professional Liability Insurance: $11.00 Students who enroll in any course requiring patient/client contact must show evidence they have professional liability insurance. Professional liability insurance is assessed on a per term basis. This charge is non-refundable and is subject to change without notice.
Kentucky Nurse Aid Testing (KNAT): $75.00 Students who enroll in a Hopkinsville NAA100 course will be assessed the testing charge along with the tuition as a requirement for the course. The payment is due at the same time as tuition (see payment deadlines). This charge is refundable at the same rate as tuition regardless of whether the test is taken. (This policy does not apply to Learn on Demand NAA100).
NSF Returned Check: $50.00 Students who pay for services rendered by the college who present a check or EFT payment that is returned from the bank to KCTCS or the college will be charged a returned check charge. Payments will be reversed and the student account will be marked as delinquent. Delinquent accounts are subject to referral to the Kentucky Department of Revenue, which will charge additional fees. Tuition and fees are determined by the Kentucky Community and Technical College Board of Regents.
